Shipping Policy


Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Because every piece is one-of-a-kind, we take extra care to inspect, package, and prepare your order before shipping.


Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.


All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, and you’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. Most deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days from the ship date.


Local Pickup
At this time, we do not offer local pickup, but we may add this option in the future for select areas.


Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order is shipped, delivery times are out of our control. If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We’ll do our best to assist if needed.


Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days to make an exchange or return if you're not completely satisfied with your  purchased item(s).   If your order arrives damaged or not as described, or you'd like to request a return or exchange, please reach out within 30 days of delivery at info@thepetitecloset.com, You will be responsible for return shipping costs however we do not charge a restocking fee. 


Sustainability Note
We strive to use eco-friendly, minimal packaging whenever possible — your order may arrive in gently reused boxes or materials to reduce waste.
